I have an Alphaserver 4100 with the following configuration:
4 Gigs of memory (Comprised of eight b3031)
4 466Mhz CPUs (-DAs)
V3.0-10, 19-NOV-1996 console firmware
When trying to install OpenVMS version 7.1 the system crashes.
I cannot see the crash dump the system resets to the console
rather quickly. Has anyone seen this problem? Any advice
would be appreciated.

| Then you have a HW problem presumably. Have you tried to decipher the
crash data?
