We are planning Service Information for future AlphaServers, and would like your feedback on the AlphaServer 4000/4100 documentation. Please contact me if you are a user of the AlphaServer 4100 WinHelp Service Guide and would like to offer your opinions in a survey or focus group. Are you an MCS engineer in the field? Do you use the WinHelp documentation on your laptop? Do you service AlphaServers sold by distributors? Do they present different requirements? How easy (or difficult) is it to find the information you need? To print? Should the information be reorganized? What other formats would be useful? What might be better than WinHelp? Could you use Web-based information at a customer site? Would it be better than WinHelp or .PS formats? This is not the extent of the survey -- just a few questions to get you thinking. Please help us provide the field with the highest quality technical information. Thanks, Mike Fein AlphaServer Documentation Manager LANDO::FEIN [email protected]

No feedback here? The note's author says he's received no feedback via mail either.. Am surprised. Have heard complaints in the past re: docs. Here's someone willing to listen to complaints/recommendations, but no feedback.. |
