    cmos,
    Checking the AS4100 error handling routine, it looks like the required
    number of pagelets for the given FRU table is incorrectly computed. A
    fix for this routine is in progress and will be checked into the latest
    OpenVMS development release stream. For the time being, the user will
    have to manually set the SYSGEN parameter ERLBUFFERPAGES to the max
    value of 32. The same value must be also entered into MODPARAMS.DAT,
    so that when AUTOGEN is done, the correct value is set. I believe the
    value could be set to around 20 without running into any problems.

Bill,

The fix is going into Hailstorm(V7.1-1H1) and Raven(V7.2). I had the fix
to this problem in early Feb, but Jim Janetos wanted me to hold off since
a common routine was being developed for supporting both RawHide and
TurboLaser. This new routine (map_fru) is currently be incorporated.. Ken
