Hi A prospect wants to take 200 DMCC Intel systems/year with 20slot BP providing we can fit 6-8 3.5" devices inside one cabinet. The new large enclosure only takes 4 or 5 devices. A quick look at AS1000A cabinet looks like it may work. Has anyone explored using this cabinet for such large configs. Can someone say whether this is a go or not quickly. Failing this I have to look outside to an integrator with Storageworks cabinetry. Any help or suggestions appreciated. Bill

Bill, The AS1000A cabinet has not been looked at by the DMCC engineering team. Also there are no future plans in place to review this. You may want to check this out with the CSS organisation, they may have looked at this. Sorry I can't be more helpful Iain Grant DMCC Technical Support |
