In the documentation I've run across the mail accout "[email protected]" as the place to request the latest Intel BIOs. Who is answering that mail account?

I would make one suggestion. Generally, these types of accounts do an autoreply to tell the users that the mail has been received. This provides some assurance that the mail has not gone in to a black hole. You should consider doing someting like the Realtime Expertise Center does. I believe that have one of the best systems for this type of support. ac |
