Subject: After eight years with Digital, I am saying good-bye.
My friends and aquaintences, I have accepted an offer from xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx.
My last day at Digital is tentatively Dec 2nd. My start date with
xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx is 12 Dec.
It has taken me better than a month to negotiate this deal and it has been
painful because of two reasons; Friends and aligiance. The two major
emotions I struggled with were; Fear and loss. The hidden resistance was,
comfort. However, identifying these emotions and concerns, I was able to
make a clear decision. I look forward to my new position in xxxxxxxx and
the challenges the change will bring.
I wish all you all well with your endeavors and look forward to seeing you
on the information highway from time to time.

PDM ..... Congratulations! I gather that this is a positive step for you, and I wish you every blessing as the LORD leads you forward. Both for you and your wife. We've missed you here for a while, after the job change, which has been one preparation for us ;-} May the LORD bless you richly, and lead you ever closer to Himself in this lifetime adventure of sanctification! I'm looking forward to making your acquaintance more personally one day, even though it will probably be when and where we'll have a lot of other newnesses to get used to as well! ;-) Say, PDM, that'll be the experience to end all experiences .... not gradually descending under a parachute, but rapidly rising without one... ;-) In Jesus' love Andrew | |||||
