    The devil fears two who can agree.
    
    Two people in perfect harmony and agreement in the spirit can absolutely 
    bring anything into manifestation out of the spirit realm. Jesus said
    in Matthew 18:19, "If two of you shall agree on earth touching anything
    that they shall ask, it shall be done for them by my Father which is in
    heaven. This is a very simple promise, but one which is not very often
    seen operating in our lives. Why? Becasue satan knows the promise, and
    if he sees two people with the potential to agree perfectly in the
    spirit, he will do everything in his power to keep them apart.
    
    He will stir up the flesh, either their flesh, or the flesh of others
    and see to it that they never get the opportunity to agree about
    anything. He will use their own selfishness, and that of others to put
    up walls between them or make a great gulf so that neither can cross to
    the other side. So great is his fear that the devil will do anything,
    stoop to any trick to keep them apart and keep them from plundering his
    kingdom. He knows that if they ever come together in that unity and
    perfect harmony that they will partake of that promise and receive
    whatever they for from the Father.
    
    That is why the devil stirs up strife and hurt feelings in the
    churches. Because wherever there is the remotest possibility that two
    or more people will get together and agree in the spirit and focus their 
    energy in the same direction, satan knows that his operation is at
    risk. But strife and hurt feelings inhibit faith and put people out of
    business in the prayer department. You can vener be in strife and pray
    effectively. Church division and church splits are a benefit to satan.
    They allow his work to continue unhindered. Rifts and splits in
    Christian families are to satan's benefit because they allow him to
    continue to steal, kill, and destroy.
    
    He knows there is nothing more powerful than a husband and wife praying
    in agreement. That's why he's out to destroy marriages - or to get you
    unequally yoked with someone you kave no spiritual agreement with. Hurt
    feelings and resentment among friends are what satan uses to drive
    people apart if there is the slightest hint that they even have the
    potential to agree in the spirit. He doesn't care who you are friends
    with in the natural as long as that friendship forges no spiritual
    bonds. Wherever he percieves unity, harmony, or the possibility of it,
    he will come against vulnerable human egos. He will stir up your self
    interest against each other - making sure that each of you thinks
    you're right and the other has wronged you.
    
    What's the remedy? Get rid of your ego and your self interest, "crucify
    the flesh" in other words. Obey the royal law of love and put others
    above yourself. Make allowances for people and quit being so hard on
    them. We're all in this process of being perfected. None of us have
    arrived yet. Recognize the tactics of the enemy and refuse to cooperate
    with him. Refuse to be made his pawn and to be moved about at his
    bidding. Remember if you're born again, you've been delivered from
    satan's dominion. Begin to take what belongs to you, which is freedom
    from his influence. Free yourself from the sin of selfishness and self 
    centeredness that keeps tripping you up and begin to walk in love and
    unity with your Christian brothers

 Note that " ... SO THAT NOTHING WILL HINDER YOUR PRAYERS."
