The song is called "Thank You" which was written by Ray Boltz
and recorded on his 2nd album, I think.

The pastor at the church I used to attend sings that song
beautifully. One of the couples in the church had him
sing it at their wedding.

| Acapella Kids has also recorded this song on an album. Its one of
our standard tapes we listen to in the car with the kids. We'd
just gotten the tape right around the time my mother was dying of
cancer. The first time I heard it was when I was driving between
my parent's home and my home to pick up a few things so I could stay
a few days at my parents - we were then doing round the clock sitting
with my Mom and holding her hands over the last few days. I cried
so hard I could barely drive. It still makes me cry.
