I just received the following report on one of the mailing lists I subscribe
to.  Can anyone confirm, deny, or provide more information on this??

   I heard the other day on "Focus on the Family" that a relatively new virus
known as "HPV" (Human Papoloma (sp?) Virus) is rapidly spreading.  This virus
is spread through sexual contact, has obnoxious side effects such as
sterility, and cancer, and is incurable.  The most alarming thing about this
virus, however, is that
condoms are close to 0% effective in preventing it.  That is because it is
transmitted by contact with skin cells rather than body fluids.  The virus
hangs out (excuse me) around the genital area on predominantly dead skin cells.
    I can picture it now:  Jocylyn Elders will be spending billions of dollars
promoting full-body condoms.  Does anyone remember the scene in "The Naked
Gun"?
    Maybe our society will eventually figure out Natural Law when it hits them
over the head like a two x four.

    I haven't heard of it, but I'm surprised more haven't been discovered
    yet.
