Actually, I've heard two different theories on the 'mark of the beast'.
One litterally refers to a tattoo, the other is a more symbolic
approach that refers to 'thought' (and they will bear his mark on thier
forhead) and 'deeds' (or hand) [to badly paraphrase the Bible].
Interesting subject!

There is a doomsday evangelist called Barry Smith from the South
Pacific. He preaches topics on the mark of the beast, the Anit Christ
and the one world government. In his usual presentation he will show many
documentary events that actually point us to the works of the Anti
Christ. There are tapes and videos you can order from his minstry.

Barry is doing a tour of Britain & Ireland over the next month or so. I
plan to go and hear him. He's written books on this subject as well.

| Do you think Hillary's ID card (if passed) will be related to this turn
of events? I realize that it will be just a national card, but how
hard would it be to have it encompass more than health care, welfare,
etc?
And gee, they could have a real problem with people loosing cards,
which could lead to 'inventive' solutions...
