Thursday, May 6, 1993 is the National Day of Prayer.
(I believe it's the 1st Thursday of May every year)
In my city (Nashua, NH), there's prayer at City Hall from 12
noon - 1:00PM. People from several area churches will be
there, as well as the Mayor.
Are any of you planning any special event at your DEC sites?
Anybody know if something like that could be posted?

I have contacted co-leader of bible study group here in Santa Clara
(left message) to see if at least the Christians could get together
somewhere and honor the day. However, as for a posting for all of the
area, my feeling is that chances are slim. The article I posted from
the newspaper re FOICA keeps disappearing from where I put them. I am
not sure a posting would be honored here. Just imagine--DEC people
meeting in a conference and praying! I am not speaking of separate
study groups--we do meet in conference rooms and pray--I mean DEC
people all together! WOW wouldn't that be something!
