"Quoting" from memory (with some revision for clarity) from Phil. 4:6-7
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication
with thansgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the
peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts
and minds through Christ Jesus"
Of course, if you are finding worry, it is the time to turn to the
Lord. "Lord I believe; help thou my unbelief."
Anxiety and trusting prayer are indeed mutually exclusive alternatives.
