    Hello,
    
    Citibank called in for support.  Their license has expired, and they
    are running,or were, V1.2.  They would like to keep this service, SAMS,
    but I was not sure whether they were entitled or not.
    
    I did see where the kit and license are, so I could send them to the
    customer.  Not sure where the support is uspposed to come from
    nowadays??

	Hi Judy, The support for DECsplit 2.1-003 we still provide. However for Citibank I think the question is are they paying for the service and entitled to support? The version of split they are running is quite old and we only support the latest version. I have asked Dee-Anne Dion who supported DECsplit in the past in the US to call you and outline what the current policy is over there. Regards, Sean.
