    I can't seem to find my owners manual so could some kind sole help me
    find and identify the jumper for firmware upgrades.

	The last few firmware CDs have come with an excellent little booklet, the "Release Notes Overview". It has most of the info that an experienced person would need right in the booklet, and a list of the filenames for the full documentation. Many thanks to the people who've made this improvement in the firmware packaging! -cw
