The PowerStorm 3D30 (TGA2; PBXGB-AA) supports synch-on-green RGB, but
it's not clear if the tga_synch_green variable is honored by the 3D30
driver. (I assume this is some customer looking to reuse some older
RGB synch-on-green monitors on a newer PCI AlphaStation system.)
