1876.0. "AS255 machine check abort code=90" by TKTVFS::NARUSE (Tech Support/CSC/JAPAN) Thu Feb 27 1997 03:27
Alphastation 255/233 system running D-UNIX V3.2G is halted intermittently
with following error, Machine check abort. I think M-check code 90 is
OSbugcheck but no error bit sets on following machine check entry.
This kind of error wasn't logged on ERROR LOG file either.
Questions,
1. What is OSbugcheck?
2. Is this a S/W problem?
Thanks,
Tadashi Naruse / CSC Tokyo

1876.2 | OS BUGCHECK | WRKSYS::HOUSE | Kenny House, Workstations Engineering | Thu Mar 06 1997 09:24 | 7 |
| Machine check code 90h is "OS BUGCHECK", generally the result of a
error handling queues in the operating system specific PAL code. This
can be caused by an bug in the PAL code or the operating system.
What version of firmware are you using?
