Use the WRKSYS::MIKASA conference for questions about the AlphaServer
1000A. The errors seem to be corrected single-bit errors in Bank 3,
but the folks over in the MIKASA conference would know for sure.
They'd also know whether this is a firmware problem (possibly requiring
an upgrade) or a hardware problem that should be fixed.
