Hello, A customer ask for the PIN layout of the ZLXP-E3 he like to verify before connecting to a beamer. He was not satisfied with my answer that it is standard like all newer PC type monitor plugs. I believe, If a customer call's DIGITAL he should get an answer. Who knows a pointer to a manual (it's not in the users manual by the way ) or a pointer to a spec sheet or what ever. 1849.1 | video DB15 pinout for PBXGB-AA (PowerStorm 3D30) | XDELTA::HOFFMAN | Steve, OpenVMS Engineering | Mon Feb 10 1997 10:36 | 36 |
The ZLXp-E3 is the PBXGA-CA/PBXGA-CN. All of the AlphaStation systems are using the PC-compatible video pinout. I'd suggest looking up the user's guide for the specific controller, and getting a copy to the customer. Here's the video DB15 pinout for the PBXGB-AA (PowerStorm 3D30): 1 red 2 green 3 blue 4 n/c 5 ground 6 red ground 7 green ground 8 blue ground 9 n/c 10 ground 11 n/c 12 display data channel 13 h-synch 14 v-synch 15 n/c Contacts that may have the documentation information (from VTX IR) include: Americas: David Ross, DTN 223-3645, (508) 493-3645, PKO Sherman Tyrrell, DTN 297-6656, (508) 467-6656, MRO Europe: Tom Yeates, DTN 830-4381, [44] 173486711, REO AP: Annie Chan, DTN 662-3004, [852] 28053004, HGO The ZLXp Product Manager is/was Linda Colton. |
