| What about the Alphastation 250 4/266 running VMS 6.2-1H3?
We just upgraded to this version and have a Mustang with FDDI
connection to the cluster and it will not boot. It gets a load request
but then write a message to the console over and over about disk server
connection. Not sure of the exact message, but I have seen this
before. If I go back to the previous version of the APB.EXE for this
workstation, it will boot.
This is the only Mustang with FDDI connection in this cluster.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

1800.6 | Known Bug? | XDELTA::HOFFMAN | Steve, OpenVMS Engineering | Fri Jan 31 1997 10:29 | 10 |

The APB problem is a known bug -- I do not know the current status.
It's either being worked on, or has been fixed.
(Check around for a patch to APB and/or to the device drivers. If
you can't find it in COMET or at the patch area, log a QAR/IPMT and
"get into the queue".)
