	I think you may try this (that works for me in VMS V6.2-1H3) first DE205 is standard config second DE205 address 320 ,irq 10 (look if this IRQ is not used by another module), memory address range A0000-AFFFF ISA MACH64 standard configured. second DE205  address 320 ,irq 10 (look if this IRQ is not used by another 
              module), memory address range A0000-AFFFF
ISA MACH64 standard configured.
