Hi, I'm facing a known problem on a customer site. It's a Alphastation 200 4/166 with a ZLXp-E3 that sometimes gets the mouse pointer invisible. I found some notes in this conference (433 and 615) that refers to a ECO to solve the problem. I couldn't find this ECO number or a revision in which the problem is already solved. Can anyone help me? Thank in advance, Miriam |
