    My SO and are have decided to sell our beautiful 3 Bedroom timeshare.
    
    It is located in Falmouth, MA.  This is a multi-level unit at Briarwood 
    Resort with many amenities included. This is a life time unit, that comes 
    with 11 days of vacation per year. This is a "red time" unit which has 7 
    days in the summer, and 4 additional days during the winter months.  
    Briarwood is part of the R.C.I. International Exchange Program allowing you

            to Gunstock (9 mi.), Waterville Valley and Loon ski areas (45 min.),
            and the Lakes region is at your feet.  Meredith (Annalee doll 
            factory & Children's Mueseum, Hart's Turkey Farm restaurant, 
            Funspot, and Tilton factory outlets.

            $75/nite rental with 2 for 1 offers in winter (Jan - May).
            The association offers a rental program to owners and
            the week can be split up also.

	    Public boat launch facilities nearby on Lake Winnipesaukee. 

            This is a deeded unit.  Only 25 year plans are being sold now.
            This unit is deeded which means you own it for ever.  You can will 
            it to your kids, sell it, rent it, etc.  Also an advantage is 
            a portion of the maintenance fees are real estate taxes (@$75) which
            you can use as a tax write off each year and mtg. loan interest.

            This is an excellant resort for someone within easy driving 
            distance.  You can drive there in the morning and stay for the 
            whole day using the locker rooms, pools, game rooms, restaurants, 
            lounges and go home at night.  Its like belonging to a country club 
            at nowhere near the price.  

            Interval International rates it as a 5 star resort (highest).
            II offers exchanges to anywhere in the world with many privileges
            offerred thru their special membership for unscheduled travel also.
