Does anyone know where I can get a prop for a 3.5 HP Tohatsu outboard
quickly? I broke a blade while launching up in Maine this past weekend
and need to replace the propr ASAP so I can make a return trip. I live
in Hudson and work in Marlboro.
I looked in Cabela's marine edition, but didn't see anything.
Thanks.
Pete
PS. Salmon and Lake trout fishing on Richardson (one of Rangeley's)
was great! Hitting on silver Sutton's, grey ghosts, and hot shots.

There is a Tohatsu dealer in Lunenburg. I live right near him.
I am farily sure that the name of the place is A-1 Marine. I
was in his store and all he sells is Tohatsu motors.
The phone number is (508)345-6161. He is located on Rt. 2A almost
across form Lunenburg Ford.

| 1592.2 | It's a small item, but I may need more in future | HYEND::POPIENIUCK | Tue May 14 1991 14:33 | 12 | |
I know boats are a hole in the water that you pour money into, but...
One marine place wants $20 for the 2 bladed, molded plastic prop for
the 3.5 HP motor. It's been a while since I've had to purchase such
items, but this seems like a lot. I looked at prop prices in catalogs
(but it didn't list my motor) and the $20 seemed a bit much. Is that
what these things cost these days and should I just buy it? (Obviously
I need to get one somewhere.) I just don't want to pay more than I
should. Thanks.
