Any of y'all familiar with Flint Pond in Hollis, N.H. ? I heard
there's a rough State Ramp there, and the Bass fishing is pretty good.
How 'bout y'all up in Nude Hampster ?

I've been there a few times, the best fishin' is always on the far
side of the pond (and I don't have a motor...it figures). It's a
small pond though, probably not more than 100 acres, if that.
The last time we went we picked up quite a few large mouth in the
1.5# range. I think the biggest was just under 3 pounds, but we still
had lots of fun. That was last year, mid-summer from about 4PM to dusk.

I've fished Flints a few times. It is not one of my local haunts though.
For some reason it does not appeal to me, although I know others who
enjoy it frequently. Last year I found myself driving past it often on
my way to the Nashua River which I'm becoming quite found of.

A neighbor of mine here in Nashua recently went ice-fishing at Flints
and came home with one in excess of 8 (eight) pounds and over 20 inches
long. He also had a pickeral over 24 inches long. Sounds like a place
I would like to visit this summer.

I should say the fish over 8 lbs was a large mouth bass
