| WAHOO's user disk has bitten the proverbial dust. Intermittent problems
with access are to be expected as WAHOO is rebooted, etc trying to get
the thing to work. Sorry for the inconvenience.

| FISHING notes has become rather large (>66K blocks). In the near future we
will be restarting the conference. We may archive the current version. I don't
really want to lose all the valuable information we have accumulated over the
years, but we can't continue to grow at the rate we've been growing without
restarting.
I will be soliciting comments and advice from the readership as far as rules
and policies go before we make the change, so the new file can start off on the
right foot.

| WAHOO will be rebooting at 11:45 this morning. Performance should improve
after the reboot.
WAHOO will be moving from TAY to LKG on Monday, July 15. I will keep WAHOO
up until around 8:00 am (EDT) and will get the system up as soon as it is
taken to LKG. The network address will remain the same so you should be
able to access FISHING as soon as WAHOO comes up.
Your tolerance during this period of instability is appreciated.
