1268.0. "Are there BASS Clubs Available?" by CPDW::OTA () Mon Oct 23 1989 13:57

    I am a first time user so here goes, I have been reading some of the
    past notes and found files where many people tried to start local
    B.A.S.S. chapters and DEC Fishing Clubs. I am an avid bass fisherman
    and am very interested in joining either a DEC Club or the Local
    Worcester B.A.S.S. Chapter. Unfortunately the old notes never told
    whether the DEC Clubs were formed and I am not sure if the contacts for
    the local B.A.S.S. clubs are still valid.

    I would appreciate any information on either of these.

    Brian,

    It sounds like your looking for something around the Worcester area,
    but the NH based ABC is 99% DEC folks, most of whom read this
    notesfile. We are not a BASS chapter.

    This Friday we're having our first meeting to kickoff the `90
    season. It's possible that we'll have some membership slots open
    for next year. If so, next monday I'll post a note in here.
