     NEW ARRIVAL TO FAMILY

     Hi guys,

My wife and I are proud NEW parents of a 19' Bayline and I
have a few guestions to ask.

      1. Where can I gets some rod holds for our boat. The boat is
fiberglass and is an all around boat.

      2. What about a boating safety course seeing as it is our 1st
         boat.

      3. Anything else you might want to add.

      thanks for the help

CONGRATULATIONS on your new money sink!!!

< 1. Where can I gets some rod holds for our boat. The boat is
< fiberglass and is an all around boat.

There are many rod holders around. Check an EB Marine catalog or take
a trip out to GAUCH brothers to see some of the choices.

< 2. What about a boating safety course seeing as it is our 1st
< boat.

If you can believe the TV call 1-800-336-BOAT to find out other numbers
in this area to call for boating safety courses. You can borrow my Coast
Guard Aux boating course manual if you like. The course was almost straight
from the book. Each Fall(Sept) and Winter(Feb) both the CGAux and Power
Squadron run safe boating courses in this area (I see you are at HL). I don't
know of anything this time of year (the instructors are all out boating).

< 3. Anything else you might want to add.

Don't start BARTENDERING until the boat is secured to the dock, trailer, or
mooring for the rest of the day and all the fish have been filleted (or
released).
