Has anyone been to Greenville Maine, Moosehead and surrounding ponds this past weekend or going up this weekend? How much snow is left and what does it look like for ice-out this year? jm.

I haven't been there for a while but it should be at least
3 weeks or so before the ice goes out on Moosehead. Some
of the smaller ponds might be out in 2 if we get some warm
weather. It's been in the twenties here just about every
night for the past 2 weeks and in the 30's and 40's during
day.
If I hear anything I'll let you know.

I just got off the phone with Beaver Cove Camps on Mooshead. The
ice went out Monday.
