I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there are any decent spots in the lowell/nashua area. I 'll be in bedford for training next week and thought I'd try my luck. Thanks, Bob Murray CT Field Service

FROM THE BEDFORD PLANT YOU ARE CLOSE TO THE CONCORD RIVER FOR BASS AND NORTHERNS. ALSO FORGE POND IN LITTLETON IS GREAT FOR BASS. THIS USED TO BE A BASS HATCHERY YEARS AGO. IN BILLERICA THERE IS NUTTING LAKE , PLENTY OF SHORE FISHING THERE. CLOSE TO BEDFORD IS HORN POND THIS POND HAS TROUT, BASS, PICKS AND MANY CRAPPIES. GOOD LUCK JACK BASS BRICKLEY

Don't forget Waldon Pond in Concord. You can fish all around the shoreline for trout. Worms work best ! ph

Hey Guys, Thanks for the replys. Unfortunatly I didn't have a chance to get back into notes before I left for school. I did try the merrimack a couple times and caught a few bass on the ol rubber worm. The weather was pretty erratic also. I was up in Tyngsboro. Once again I really appreciate it and I'll definitly take your advice next time I'm in school. Bob |
