Anyone in the Ottawa- Toronto corridor regularily goes down to Port
Hope/ Cobourg in the fall for salmon/brown trout??
Last year, first year down there, timed it wrong by about a week, the
salmon had already come through about a week before.
Anyone know what is a good time to go down there, with a little
certainty that the fish will be there ??
Good spots, Ganaraska river ?? Port hope
Factory creek ?? cobourg
Any other good spots to try, I am coming from Ottawa, anywhere near
kingston/napanee etc???

You can try calling the Rainbow Cafe in Port Hope, their usually
pretty good about giving info on the run. As for the phone number I
never wrote it down. I got the number from 411 in port hope. Hope
