So. You want to fish a nite tourney in Stumpfield (NH)? Here is your
    chance.
I have already (Mel T has) applied for a F&G permit. Should have it in
    a few days.

OK - who is first to sign up?

			The Vampire Bass Club
We needed a name for the permit from F&G. Since its a night tourney.....oh well.
Never mind.

RULES:

RULE 1: HAVE FUN!!

RULE 2: See Rule # 1

Tournament Scoring:

Total team weight of catch will determine winners.
  Largest bass takes Lunker Pool.

Weigh-in process:
A courtesy check may be requested for potential
short fish. Dead fish will be penalized 8 oz., so keep them alive and
healthy! A bass will be considered "dead" if it is unable to swim off in
a normal manner. Short fish will be penalized 4 oz. and their weight will
not be allowed, so ask for a courtesy measure if you're not sure. The
Golden Rule at the scales will be the official measurment device.

Disputes over "shorts," "dead fish," and "late weigh in" will be decided by a
majority vote of the tournament participants.

Fishing Requirements:

Only Largemouth Bass may be weighed in.

Artificial baits only, use of scents, rinds etc. is allowed

Only one line in the water at a time per fisherman. If you snag
you have to free your line before you throw out another

   Trolling is not permitted

Nets ARE allowed to boat bass.

Late weigh in will cost .5 lb. Anyone arriving to weigh-in five
minutes after close looses all weight for the tournament.

   Boating requirements

Be courteous to other Anglers do not cut them off or pass within
50 feet of their boat. IF the person who starts in front of you
slows to go by another boat, etc. DO NOT PASS THEM.

Note: A lot of Stumpfield is very narrow and shallow. If you
are passing through one of these areas and another boat
is present, YOU MUST PROCEED AT *IDLE* SPEED, this means
not just going "slow," but NO WAKE!

Enjoy!
