Well the LCI Fishing Derby in Vermont is getting closer each day.
My boyfriend and I are attending for our second time. We booked
our cabin rental in North Hero when we were there last year. I
was wondering if anyone know's of any available cabins to rent in
the North Hero area? Friends of ours would like to attend also,
but we can't seem to find another cabin rental...

    Thanks,

I am going to be in class for two weeks from June 1-12 at TAY1
and was wondering if I could link up with someone for a day or
two of fishing on the 5, 6, or 7th. I'll fish trout, bass, crappie,
or what ever. I would really like to go out on the ocean. I
would gladly show someone some Colo fishing if your out this way.
I'll bring my own gear and help with expenses. How about it, anyone ?

21.17lets lock down tournament datesDELNI::OTAMon Mar 29 1993 14:4522
This is a copy of the tournament discussion in the bass file anyone
interested can write here or there.

At the DBA meeting held last friday we agreed to the following dates
for sanctioned tournaments. We did it by listing all the known big club
schedules and trying to squeeze time in between for Digital
tournaments. We figuired we post them this far in advance and we might
have some hope of getting enough people to fish them.

    Early bird May 1
    Spring June 12
    Summer July 16 night tournament
    Summer August 7
    Fall classic	September 18.

These tourniments can be run by any DEC employee that wants to do it.
All we did was try to lock down the dates far enough in advance that we
can plan on them. So who wants to run what and where is the question.
I believe Pardo was nominated to run the Earlybird. What about the
    rest?

21.18two tournaments coming upDELNI::OTAThu Aug 12 1993 09:1216
There is a bass tournement being scheduled for Sept 18 on Manchaug for
more details or to sign up contact me or do it in the Bass Notesfiles.
This is a Digital Bass Club tournament, but is open to any DEC employee
    or contracter.

Manchaug is a reasonable sized lake in Sutton and can be fished by
canoe or rocket sled. it will be a great time for all.

Also there is a small boat tournament being set up for the AI in
Westboro. The A1 is definitely a small boat haven, it is filled from
one end to the other with trees and stumps and powerboats cannot get in
there, it is strictly a canoe or crawdad/jonboat pond. Lots of big
fish in there. Sign up is in the Bassfile.

    Cross posted from Bass_fishing.

Our BASS affiliated club (Bare Hill Anglers) is looking for a few
good fishermen. The club has a maximum of 24 members, we're currantly
at about 16. We generally fish lakes and rivers in central Ma. and
southern N.H. (We're also going to Catskill, NY in August). We meet
the 1st Wed. of each month in Leominster, Ma. We would like a couple
more boaters, but non-boaters are welcome to come in with a boater.
If you want to join a bass club, become involved, and have some fun,
send me mail. We are NOT looking for ringers who only want to show up
    for tournaments. E-mail is best.
