| I have been ordering from BPS (same company as O.A.) for 5 years. I
have never had a complaint.
The 1991 O.A. catalog has A LOT of mistakes in it. Particularly for
qtys. I order 36 swivels for 11.99 and got 24. I called them and they
promised to send me 12 more and never did. I'm still hassling them
about it. Now, I don't fault them for printing errors, but they did
OFFER to send them. Unfortunately, I used them all before I realized
there were not 36. 24 for $12 is .50 each. I've gotten 36 for $9
somewhere (a distributor) so 24 for $12 I would not have ordered if I
had known.
Any time you call, you can ask for customer service, but the phone
operator always needs to hear your story on his/her own and then say
"well, I'll give to customer service to handle this". you then must
repeat the story. At least it's an 800 number...

This sounds like a "hole in the wall" place, but wait til you
see their catalog. They cater to the commercial fisherman, but
