I have a friend who is interested in putting a TV camera inside an rc plane. Being a glider-only type of RC'r, I was hoping to find someone here who might be interested, who has a plane with the cargo capacity. He has a fair amount of $$ invested in his gear, so he's pretty serious about it. He's got a camera thats about 1" x 1" (amazing) a UHF transmitter thats about 2" x 2" and a UHF downlink for the ground station. He also needs room/weight allowance for a 12V 600maH battery to run the on board gear. Dave

He should contact [email protected] (Richard J. Bono) who flies with the NH Flying Tigers. Rich flies with a ham video camera and is in the process of putting it in a Gremlin... He also has a set of VR glasses that he has flown with from the "cockpit" He's been flying his camera at the last couple of annual airshows. Rich showed me his Ham video equipped Gremlin at the Flying Tigers
meeting last wednesday night (I gave a foam cutting demo). Once the
weather warms up a little bit, I'm going to fly designated target for
him and we'll shoot some combat "gun camera" video. Should be a blast
to watch.
