    Ok people, 
    
    I don't know enough about this but I know a lot of you have the answer
    I'm looking for.  I'm in the process of buying a package deal from 
    someone which includes 2 choppers (champion, brand new, and a shuttle), 
    and a certain radio.  The radio is 1986 vintage, 2 stick, 8 channel FM, PCM.
    
    Question:  Can this radio be converted to 1991-ready, or should I 
    exclude the radio from the sale altogether and buy a different radio?

	Schleuter champion mechanics w/ Schleuter webra .61 engine Bell jet long ranger fuselage for Champion 5 Futaba S130 servos mounted on Champion Hirobo shuttle w/OS .28 engine 5 Futaba S130 servos Futaba receiver Futaba gyro Battery pack Futaba 8 channel (chan. 46, 72.710 megahertz) FM PCM Heli radio w/charg Tower delux field box w /fuel, starter, battery, fuel pump, power panel, ni starter and charger, battery charger, starter extension, xtra glow plugs. Shleuter helicopter tool kit (real nice). Schleuter blade balancer. The champion, fuse, etc is all new, never flown and fuselage is only half done. Moter never used. Servos brand new. Shuttle is an 88. I was running up the shuttle yesterday, everything looks good but it needs a little trimming. Didn't dare try to lift it. A friend of mine has a whitman stand that I am going to borrow. The radio is worth looking into being upgraded to 91 narrow band. It has every conceivable gizmo. I assume this means a new rf module for the Tx and new receivers for both choppers... Meanwhile, the champion is being finished and fitted with the new fuse... this is going to be great. $1k for everything.
