Curiosity got the better of me as I wondered how many folks and from what s
of the world were we reaching with the notesfile, so I went through the "WHO'S
WHO" note and recorded the following info!
As of the end of 1988;
We have reached 182 folks in 12 countries.
They are;

This is so impressive! Most of us never leave home and yet on a daily basis
we talk to folks around the world. The information herein is by far greater
than any single book available on the market.
And think of all the contacts we have when we do travel. We're friends just
waiting to be introduced to one another. We have developed a bond between
each other through our hobby. An example of this is when Roy Orbison died.
99% of us never knew him personnaly, but through Al Casey, we became attached
and felt the loss of a fellow RC'er. This is a very special notesfile and
I'm just glad to be a part of it.
May 1989 bring in more fellow RC'ers and increase our numbers.

As another year ends I feel it my duty as the RC Notesfile "HISTORIAN" (a self-
appointed position) to summarize the activity in the RC Notesfile during 1989
as I did for the previous year.
I will keep the update seperate from the previous year so it will be easy to
track the geographical growth. As we can see, the United States dominates
the forum followed by England. The US breakdown shows that the majority of
noters are from the Massachussetts area followed by New Hampshire.
The US picked up the most "new noters" followed by England and Germany.
Here is the breakdown;
At the end of 1989 the notesfile enlisted 62 new RC noters.
We have now reached 244 folks in 16 countries.
