   "The number of game animals has reached a 30 year high. To keep animals
    from starving, becoming nuisances, or damaging the environment the
    state will increase the number of animals hunters can kill.
    The extra kill will also keep the animals healthy for sportsmen.
    
    The New Hampshire Fish & Game Department will give hunters permission
    to kill extra animals this year by issuing special permits with higher
    limits. The limits will affect bear, moose, deer and some 
    other species.

    Most sportsmen speaking at three public hearings recently said they
    were in favor of the agency's proposal to issue 400 special deer
    management permits.
    
    The agency also wants to add a 10 day special bow hunting permit that
    would allow each hunter to kill one extra deer.
    
    The state also hopes to increase the number of moose hunting permits
    from 495 in 1996 to 640 this year, and extend the bear season from
    Sept-01 to Nov-14 statewide.""
    
    
    @ I think the extra deer permit will be for zone M only.
    
    @ Bear season statewide..I don't think so...
    
    @ What are the "Other Species" ????????
