LL Bean Hunting/ Outdoor Expo (free) will be held Sept.7-8, 9am-4pm in
Freeport,Maine at the retail store and at the Outdoor Discovery Center
on Desert Road. Offers seminars on hunting strategies for whitetail
deer, moose and black bear. Instruction in wingshooting, archery,
fly-casting, map and compass use, camp cooking, gun cleaning, knife
sharpening, decoy carving and antler scoring.

| I was there in May on my way to Bar Harbor. That was a nice store. My
wife had to drag me out by my ears.
I loved the selection and the various videos playing in the hunting
dept.

| Did you notice all the pistols and vast arrays of firearms? I bet you
didn't! They don't like to sell those dangerous politically incorrect
weapons. I'm really surprised they are putting on a hunting seminar!
I personally like going to the Kittery Trading Post on my way through
Maine. They have a better attitude and lower prices...

| I agree on the pricing, it was over my budget.
It was nice just to check it out.
