1501.0. "Goodbye friends" by CSC32::G_ROBERTS (when the bullet hits the bone) Tue Feb 20 1996 12:15

Well it is time to sign off. I was part of the Rdb to Oracle sale last year
and became an Oracle employee. This was a good move for all of us. I just
got a promotion to an account manager position. We have been using the Digital
systems over the last year and are off them the end of this month.

Final notes:

I must say it has been very good visiting with all of you. I have learned
many things in this conference and hope I have contributed too. Those of
you I have meet, it was good to see you.

My latest hunting related activity was the purchase of a German shorthair
puppy for my son Matt. We have had him for about 4 months and are working on
training him. The basic house and yard training has gone very well and we
will start field training in a couple of months. Looking forword to pheasant
hunting this fall.

Introducing my son to hunting and fishing has been one of the most rewarding
things I done. I encourage everyone to do the same.

I hope you all enjoy successful and safe days in the field. Good luck to
you all.

If anyone needs info on Colorado hunting that I can help with, please contact
me at [email protected]

    Gordon,

Best of Luck in your new endevors. Though we haven't met face
to face we spoken on the phone and through the network. I've enjoyed
all the conversations and you will be missed. My next dog is going to
be a German Shorthair. I was torn between my Yellow Lab (currently) and
the Shorthair but her availability came up first. You'll have years of
loyal companionship with that breed. Again Best of Luck and Great Hunting
    with your son.

                                                         Regards,
