Note: If you live in New Hampshire and like to keep the state biologist in control of our wildlife populations, call the committee and let them know. The bill is to eliminate Sunday hunting and allows the town, not the property owner, to determine if you will be allowed to hunt there. later, Gary HB 1221 Bans hunting on Sundays and allows towns to regulate hunting. Wildlife & Recreation Committee hearing rescheduled to Monday, January 10th at 10am in room 307 of the Legislative Office Building. If you cannot attend, they'll take calls up until the time of the hearing at 271-3125 & 271-3126.

I just tried calling the number listed in the main note. A woman told me that they WOULD NOT be taking Pro/Con phone calls concerning this bill. A Letter or Post Card needed to be mailed in and a decision was not going to be made on Monday (1/10) so if they were late it was alright. Guy Rep. Herbert R.
