Bowhunting October Whitetails is real good. Try some of the "Quest
Production" videos. I've seen two of these. One is titled "Fatal
Calling" where the use of grunting and rattling is used extensively,
and the other is called "Buck Quest". These are REALLY well made video
productions... plus, the hunters use the most up-to-date equipment
on the market (like Darton 500's, Toxonics sights, ultra-light arrows
and broadheads, etc...)

| Thanks for the tip. I have been getting hunting videos at the local
library, and making copies of them. They do not have "hunting october
whitetails", and I might have to purchase that one. I always learn
something from a video. You can never know to much, eh?

Here are some on hunting and related activities:
Holland & Holland and Shooting Times has a three-tape set. The tapes
are on sporting clays, gun dog training, and game shooting. I haven't
watched the last one in awhile but I believe it only dealt with
driven (bird) hunts (it being a very British tape).
'In the Blood' won some sort of award. One of the best films to
capture the spirit and excitement of hunting (in stark contrast to
'White Hunter, Black Heart' which really annoyed me). Has several
descendents of the good Roosevelt (Teddy), Bartle Bull, and some other
folks.
For acting, any of the Capstick videos :-). These are all good fun but
try 'Botswana Safari'.
There's a company in California called 'Sportsmen on Film' which makes
or distributes *many* of these videos.

| While at the buckarama a few weeks ago, I bought a video from Bill
Jordan and Realtree. I forgot the name of it, but it consists of 90%
Georgia deer hunting. Really a good video. I get so tired of Canada,
and Texas hunting videos. There is nothing wrong with them, but geez,
deer are everywhere. It's a good video because they have both bow and
firearm hunts on it. God, those Georgia racks in that video, hope to
see something half the size this year.
