Frustration!
That's what I call it.
I packed my stuff on Wednesday night. Got very psyched going through
all the gear.....cleaning the scope etc.
Got a call last night that due to the very dry State of Washington and
severe fire potential, the "woods" are closed until further notice.
So deer season in our area closes next Tuesday. Rain is not expected
until next Monday night. I have to be in New York for UNIX EXPO during
Elk season, if it rains byt the following week and there is an Elk
season.
My dog is pregnant, so I can't hunt pheasant or ducks.
I haven't fired a hunting shot this year. It is unlikely that I will
be able to.
Rats!!!
A year without hunting???
What to do.

Yikes, Brett, that's awful....even worse than coming to work and
finding the crew from 60 Minutes in your office wanting an interview
:-)
Maybe you could swing by this area and we could at least find you a
bird to shoot at.
