I read in the Colo Spgs Gazette Telegraph about a man from IOWA hunting in 
Colorado shot a horse out from under a man one hour before sunrise. He is out 
on $600 bail. Charges are hunting outside legal time. Failure to identify 
target etc etc etc. He said he thought it was an elk. I always thought a horse 
looked more like a moose than an elk.
