Here in Colorado, I see where gov Roy Romer wants to siphon off some of the DOW 
funds. He thinks the DOW is funded from the Genral Fund which is bull. If this 
happens the Feds could pull 8.5M from the DOW. Call your rep and yous state 
senator and tell them to leave the DOW alone. That's what I'm planning on 
doing.

    I hope your fellow Colorado Sportman heed your advice. In 1961 here in 
    New Hampshire, the State Govt took $12M from our F&G and put it into
    The Transportation Dept. Specifically, highways, We've never ever
    recovered the loss.
