What type of covers does he have? Bigwoods or old farms
or cutovers?
What are the accomodations like? Sleeping bags or
real beds?
Did you see any other hunters from other outfitters
while you were hunting there?
Will his guides actually guide you or do they just
drop you off?

Will he actively guide birdhunting? Does he have dogs?

Too many of the outfitters say they have birdhunting
and then either take you to a road where they tell you to drive
until you swat a grouse or stick you with an 88 yr
old guide who stays in the car and plays the radio
while you get lost in the swamp....chasing doodles.

A woodcock, who'd waste a shell on one of those?

ps
congrats on your success.
