If it's the ad I placed, for a logger in Maine, apparently he has
worked something out with a family member. Something like they would
buy the land from him, but he might be able to buy it back later.
Also, it was a sale "forced by divorce", and the divorce is off
(for now, anyway). If this changes at all, and it becomes available,
I'll repost it. Sorry if you were interested, but things change !
