Here's the course description
Meat Cutting
This course is designed to teach the hunter how to "break-down"
and finish cut his game. It will also teach meat cutting to
persons with home freezers, enabling them to purchase meat in
uncut quantities at lower prices.
Instructor: Mr. Bigelow Thursdays 6:30-9:30 P.M. Fee $45.00
Course begins Febuary 28.

The meat cutting descibed in .-1 is being offered at Bath Path Regional
Vocational School this fall. This course was cannceled last winter due
to low enrollments.
The course will start Sept. 25 and run for 10 weeks, meeting on
Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 9:30, the fee is $45, and the
instructor is Mr. Bigelow.
