Thanks for the info. I called them and they did have one
caliber I was looking for but their price was quite high ($227.00).
The average price seems to be running $125-$150, but they did have an
Aristocrat for $287.00 which is only the rear stock w/receiver and
forend. That price wasn't bad for someone who was looking to purchase
one of these guns. Well hopefully I'll get more leads.

Thompson was really no help, they just tried to get me to buy barrels
for the T/C 87. But the did give me one lead the name and number for
President of the Thompson Collectors Assoc. which is Joe Wright @ (508)
393-3834.

They have barrels for Contenders, Contender Carbines and the
TCR. Prices run from 200.00 to 210.00 in three different
configurations for the TCR. They currently list 25 different
calibers for the TCR.

I only live about 50 miles from both T/C & Fox Ridge. T/C has sold out
of the T/C 83 barrels long ago, and buying a barrel from Fox Ridge will
have stamping on the barrel showing it came from there. I have made calls
around and talked with different people. The only thing I can really do
is watch SGN & Gunlist for ads, and hopefully someone may see some for
sale at a gun show and take the dealers info for me.
