    Ok.. all you game chefs, I have a question....
    
    In lieu of the past week, it's time to break out those game recipies 
    again!!
    
    One of the guys I was out with has recipe for Jerky that requires
    LIQUID SMOKE. We can't seem to find it anywhere up here in the Great
    White North eh!
    
    For those of you (like me) who said 'what the hell is that!!', its
    a brownish liquid, oil like in texture. If you take a whif of it, it
    smells like..... a campfire. You can use it to dip or brush on the
    meat you're preparing.
    
    Does anyone know where we can locate this stuff?? Anywhere out there
    is fine. I'll worry about getting it if you guys can help me out!!

	RE: .0 Not sure whare you're located but Market basket has it too. It's in the same section that the A1 steak sauce and Lee & Perrins worstershire sauce and stuff like that is. It's in the same shape bottle as A1. Corky

	Yep, I sure do. Put allot on rags and hang them around the bait stations. Works good. Two year ago while in Canada I had a bear eat all the rags with smoke on them, of course all the bait was gone too.
