I had just called Mass F&G at 2:05pm 10/16/89 to ask about Doe
permitts.
They have picked today and we will be notified.
I ask for my area which is #10, the following are for area 10 only.
2, 0, 7, 3, 8, 9, and some 6's.
I asked what some 6's meant. They said not all lic ending in 6 would
get one. Don't know how they manage that???
Anyway my lic ended with a 0, so I'm a winner.

Zone Two: 2,7 Zone Ten: 2,0,7,3,8,9,6
Zone Three: 7,9,3,0,8,2 Zone Eleven: 0,2,3
Zone Four: 1,3 Zone Twelve: 2,8,4,7,6
Zone Five: 6,9 Zone Thirteen and Fourteen: All Applicants

I applied for a permit in zone 2, my license number ends in "2",
so I should receive a permit, right ? Wrong. The Fish & Game
cannot find my application. Result, although I am technically
a winner, I'm s**t out of luck.
Next year I send the application registered mail.
